Anjan Bista Signs For I-League Side Mumbai Kenkre FC
Anjan Bista, a striker for the Nepal national football team, recently signed with Indian I-League club Mumbai Kenkre FC. He will be hired by the club until the end of this season. This is a great opportunity for Anjan to showcase his talents on a bigger stage and help Mumbai Kenkre FC achieve league success.
This is the first time he will play in a league outside of Nepal. He was also signed to a new club in Nepal Church Boys United for Martyr’s Memorial A-Division League. After the Indian league season ends, Anjan will return to play for Church Boys United.
He may miss a round or two of the Nepali league. He has joined the Indian club on his personal initiative. National team captain and goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong also play in the I-League for Round glass Punjab FC, so there is a possibility that Kiran and Anjan will meet in the I-League.
