For this reason, friendly matches are being prepared in the friendly window of FIFA (December 2020).

The Nepal football team returned after having two friendly matches with Bangladesh this week. In the first match of the two games, Nepal lost the 2-0 and drew 0-0 in the second game. This friendly series was known as “Mujib Borsho FIFA Int’l Football Series”.

The upcoming friendly between Nepal and Pakistan will be played in Dasarath stadium, Kathmandu. These two teams last met each other at SAFF Championship 2018 where Pakistan defeated Nepal 2-1.

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has released the players of the national football team who were in quarantine. Returning to Nepal after two international friendly matches with Bangladesh, the Nepalese team had been staying in the isolation at ANFA Hotel.
